I have been using HH equipment for years. HH's stretch fabrics, as a first layer, provide excellent thermal comfort during exercise. Short sleeve in summer and long sleeve in winter. I ride a bike and ski. Even in winter, as soon as you 'move' you warm up. Since they don't have elastics, they stay flawless for years. I have books that are over 15 years old and they are still in perfect condition. Be careful with the Velcro straps, they easily catch on this mesh and that’s not good.

I have had one for 3 years and I use it often, so I have bought another one for the good results I have had with it, in each bike outing that I go out 4 times a week I use it at least 2 times, that Yes, I wash it as soon as I arrive so that it doesn't smell bad. It is not a t-shirt that is very hot, but it can be used in autumn - winter and spring. I recommend it.
