Klättermusen Mithril softshell jacket

Mithril Jacket is a classic softshell, offering a balance of wind resistance and insulation.

Mithril has a relaxed cut and comes with a high protective lined collar, extended back and elastic cuffs to keep both the warmth in and protect against cold winds. Reinforced with Duracoat™, a unique and proprietary surface treatment developed by Klättermusen to improve durability and resistance to wear and tear without adding other materials and keeping the weight low. The WindStretch™ fabric is bluesign® approved and uses Ultramid® Bio-Mass Balanced Polyamide derived from renewable resources. WindStretch® is a durable, fluorocarbon-free fabric with good stretch qualities and good wind resistance that ages well without pilling or fading.

Technology:

WindStretch™:
- WindStretch™ is a softshell fabric with outstanding abrasion resistance and stretch to allow big movements. Well-suited for high-intensity activities the material also is ventilating, moisture wicking and dries quickly. WindStretch™ has very good wind resistance and we use it in softshell products where flexibility and durability are important. WindStrech™ will retain its visual appearance even after heavy use without losing color or pilling.
- WindStretch™ fabrics are bluesign® approved.
- WindStretch™ 180 g/m2 is versatile soft-shell with excellent durability and stretch. The fabric is a blend of 70% recycled polyamide, 20% polyester and 10% elastane with a fluorocarbon-free water repellent.
- Light WindStretch™ 159 g/m2 is our lightest, fast-drying and most stretchy softshell fabric. It is a blend of 85% recycled polyamide and 15% elastane with a fluorocarbon-free water repellent.


Care:

- Machine wash at 40°C.
- Do not bleach.
- not tumble dry.
- Iron at low temperature.
- Do not dry clean.
