KONG ITALY Frog: The Revolutionary Automatic Climbing Connector

Experience a paradigm shift in connection technology with the KONG ITALY Frog, a product born from an innovative approach that redefines safety and efficiency. This is not just another piece of climbing equipment; it´s a revolutionary directional connector that makes the traditional concept of a carabiner thought of as a hook completely obsolete. Designed for professionals and discerning climbers who demand the best, the Frog offers a new level of speed and security.

The true genius of the Frog lies in its groundbreaking AUTOMATIC CLOSURE system. This patented mechanism provides an automatic clamping that takes place the very instant it touches the anchor point. The insertion is extraordinarily quick and safe, providing immediate and confident connection, even to far anchor points that are not easy to be reached with standard connectors. This unique feature dramatically reduces time and effort, allowing for more efficient movement and safer transitions in any environment, from industrial rope access to complex climbing scenarios.

Developed after a hard design process in collaboration with the prestigious Politecnico of Milan, the KONG Frog is a totally new connector, both in its striking appearance and its flawless mechanism. Crafted from a high-strength, light ALUMINUM ALLOY, it offers exceptional durability without weighing you down. This high-quality product is completely developed and produced in Italy, a testament to superior engineering and craftsmanship. To guarantee ultimate reliability, every single Frog connector is tested piece by piece before it leaves the factory.

Specifically engineered for exceptional performance, the Frog is highly recommended for anchoring on METAL CABLES, where its secure, automatic clamping action truly excels. This makes it an indispensable tool for a wide range of professional activities.

Absurdly fantastic, it arrived quickly and the opening and locking mechanism is smart and functional. Just be aware of the size (it's small) and the purpose you'll give it.

Great product, just the carabiner to be replaced by a secure model.

Very easy to set and release. It can be set quickly when reed, and can be easily removed even when collected or pulled by a rope. However, unlike a carabiner, it is unlikely that it will come off once it is set. It is the best product for the slopes maintained by hanger bolts.
