The primary benefit of the Smart Tip system is its incredible versatility. These high-quality toecaps are specifically designed for use on asphalt, concrete, and even indoor surfaces. The durable rubber material provides unparalleled grip, reducing the risk of slipping and enhancing your overall safety. Furthermore, they significantly dampen noise and absorb impact vibrations, resulting in a quieter, more comfortable, and lower-impact workout. When you move from the pavement back to a natural trail, the pads can be easily managed to expose the integrated carbide tip, giving you optimal purchase on soil, grass, or gravel. It´s one pole system for all your adventures.

This replacement pad pair is engineered to perfectly fit LEKI poles equipped with the innovative Smart Tip and Smart Tip 2.0 systems. Restoring your poles is a straightforward process, ensuring you spend less time on maintenance and more time enjoying the outdoors.

To replace your worn-out pads, you will need the items included in this kit along with a standard pair of pliers. Follow these official LEKI recommendations for a smooth replacement:

Easy Installation Tip: Dip the Smart Tip end of your pole into warm water for about 30-60 seconds. This helps to soften the material and loosen the internal metal bolt, making removal significantly easier with the changing tool and pliers.

Important Caution: When pressing the metal bolt back inside the new pad, you must ensure that the small black plastic sleeve is correctly attached to the changing tool. This sleeve is critical for proper re-assembly and prevents damage to the components.
