Windproofing:
- Windproof clothing keeps you from getting cold on breezy peaks or blustery trails and minimizes the wind chill effect, which is your body´s heat loss accelerated by wind. Pay special attention to this factor when your pace is high and conditions are cool and windy.

Breathability:
- Especially for fast-paced activities, you need breathable clothing that regulates your body temperature, wicks away sweat, allows air to pass through, and so keeps you comfortable.

Durability:
- For your garment to last you a long time despite plenty of abrasion or rock contact, it has to be hard-wearing. Do you weigh every gram and define absolute freedom of movement as the most important characteristic? Then less abrasion-resistant, lighter clothing can be an advantage.

Packability:
- On multi-day adventures or other activities with a lot of equipment, space in the backpack is at a premium. Similarly, for those aiming to travel fast and light, packability is essential. This factor may be less relevant if protection and durability are the top priorities.

PFC-free DWR:
- Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) are often used for waterproofing but are practically non-biodegradable. Mammut is committed to replacing non-biodegradable fabric treatments with more sustainable high-performance alternative

Recycled:
- This product contains recycled materials with uncompromised performance and functionality. Choosing recycled materials reduces the use of virgin resources and helps promote a more circular economy.
