MAMMUT Sender Jacket

Uncompromising Alpine Protection for the Ambitious Mountaineer

Experience the pinnacle of alpine performance with the MAMMUT Sender Jacket for Men, a technical hard shell engineered to conquer the most demanding conditions. Designed for climbers and mountaineers who refuse to compromise on protection or mobility, this jacket is your ultimate shield against the elements, allowing you to focus solely on the route ahead. Its athletic fit is tailored for vertical movement, ensuring you can reach, stretch, and move with complete freedom, whether you´re navigating a technical ice route or a challenging mixed climb.

The Sender Jacket provides an impenetrable barrier against harsh weather. Its completely Waterproof and Windproof construction ensures you remain dry and protected from biting winds, even in the most severe mountain storms. Despite this robust protection, the jacket offers outstanding breathability, actively managing moisture from the inside out to keep you comfortable during high-exertion ascents. This intelligent climate control is crucial for maintaining performance and preventing the chill that follows intense activity. As a versatile outer layer, this jacket also offers Thermal benefits, trapping heat and working seamlessly within your layering system to provide warmth without bulk.

Engineered for Unrestricted Movement and Functionality

Every feature of the MAMMUT Sender Jacket is crafted with the alpine environment in mind. The specialized pattern engineering allows for maximum vertical reach, preventing the hem from lifting when you stretch for the next hold. The integrated Stretch capabilities enhance this dynamic freedom of movement, making the jacket feel like a second skin.

The stormproof, helmet-compatible With Hood system is a standout feature, offering a reinforced peak for clear vision and a single-pull adjustment system for a perfect, secure fit over any climbing helmet. When conditions intensify, you can count on water-repellent zippers and strategically placed underarm ventilation to fine-tune your core temperature on the fly. Harness-compatible front pockets provide easy access to essentials without interference, and an internal zippered pocket keeps valuables secure. When the weather clears, its lightweight and highly Compressible design means it packs down small, taking up minimal space in your pack until it´s needed again. Though lightweight, this piece is also categorized as Insulated synthetic, contributing to your overall warmth and protection system in cold environments.
