Marmot Shadow down jacket

MARMOT Men´s Shadow Down Jacket

Embrace the coldest, sunniest days on the mountain with the MARMOT Men´s Shadow Down Jacket. Engineered for dedicated skiers and snowboarders who demand premium warmth without the weight, this technical puffy is your ultimate shield against the biting alpine air. Designed as a superior insulating layer, it combines exceptional thermal performance with mountain-ready features to keep you comfortable and focused from the first lift to the last run.

At its core, this jacket features high-performance, 700-fill-power insulated down, delivering an outstanding warmth-to-weight ratio. This advanced thermal insulation ensures you stay warm in frigid temperatures without feeling bulky or restricted. The down is enhanced with a special Down Defender treatment, a crucial feature that provides an extra level of moisture protection, helping the insulation maintain its loft and warming power even in damp conditions. This makes the Shadow Jacket a reliable companion for long days where conditions can be unpredictable.

Versatility is key for dynamic mountain activity. When the sun gets high or you´re charging through challenging terrain, heat-releasing PitZips offer instant, on-demand ventilation. This allows you to precisely regulate your core temperature and release excess heat, preventing overheating during intense exertion. For added safety in big mountain terrain, the jacket is equipped with a RECCO® Avalanche Rescue Reflector. Built for the realities of resort life, the jacket also features reinforced shoulders and sleeves, adding crucial durability for navigating tight tree lines or carrying your gear.

This Men´s jacket is highly compressible, making it an excellent travel piece that won´t take up valuable space in your pack. The fixed, helmet-compatible hood offers seamless protection With Hood, fitting perfectly over your ski helmet without compromising safety or peripheral vision.

When the mountain air is freezing cold but the sun is shining, go with the Men´s Shadow Jacket for a day of skiing or snowboarding at the resort.

Place this technical puffy ski jacket over your baselayer when the temperatures drop and the storm clouds are nowhere in sight.

The 700-fill-power down insulation with Down Defender treatment will keep you warm in frigid temperatures without weighing you down.

Heat-releasing PitZips help regulate your temperature if the weatherman was wrong or you need to release heat when the powder gets deep.

Reinforced shoulders and sleeves add durability for riding through skinny trees in search of untouched pockets of powder. The use of durable synthetic materials in these high-wear areas ensures long-lasting performance.
