Very good quality liquid magnesium, it has an intense smell but this is normal for liquid magnesium. After using it, it lasted for 2 to 4 attempts on the wall, depending on the holds, of course. For rougher holds, I had to replace them after 2 attempts. Obviously a "cleaner" option compared to powdered magnesium, however its duration is much shorter compared to the duration/price of the product, so keep this in mind. I used about 1/5 of the product in 2 to 3 hours of climbing, and I tried to save on the easier routes by using less magnesium.
