The Osprey Aether Plus 100L Backpack is the model with the highest capacity of this version because it has 100 liters of maximum capacity, which are ideal for an excursion of more than a week or a few days since it can be converted into a smaller backpack, so it is very useful and versatile for professional hikers who need as much space as possible to carry hydration, food, sleeping bag, clothing, and climbing tools.

This trekking backpack is made with high tenacity nylon with a repellent to water treatment, so it is highly resistant to abrasions even in adverse conditions. Besides, it includes a removable waterproof protective cover that avoids your items from getting wet on the walk. The Fit-on-the-Fly system is fully adjustable and adapts with comfort to all types of bodies. The AirScape backrest is responsible for providing soft, padded, and breathable support on the back.

Its design is compatible with a hydraulic reserve and incorporates a “U” zipper on the main compartment, zippered pocket on the top, front pocket, mesh lateral pockets, the separate compartment in the base for the sleeping back and pockets on the hip belt. This 100l backpack of maximum capacity comes with external access for hydration, internal ring for keys, reflective straps, sternum strap with emergency whistle, lateral compression straps, straps to adjust the sleeping bag, and Stow-on-the-Go hooks for poles and piolets.

Aether PLus 70-100! The best back pack for hravy loads

This is the best back pack for heavy loads in the market! (I've tested 4 different brands/models). I used to have a 70lts version of this backpack for past 4 years, and even with 30Kg's when guiding of trainning with weight, performed perfect! No shoulder pain, all the weight perfectly redirectec into the hips, amazing cushion on all straps (hips, shoulders), and can handle rough terrains and user heavy duty with out a single hole or damage zipper. With the 100lts I've carried 35Kg for over 8 hrs with very short breaks (3-5mins) without taking off the backpack, and it was very conftable. I'm amazed how much stuff I can get in there when carring camping/coking/etc equipment when we do climbs with groups. I recomend this backpak 200%, will buy it again in like 10+ years (if it even brakes jaja). Also, best kept secret of this backpack, is the top cover that transforms into a secondary pack for summit push. Very handy in lots of situations, and prevents you from using the main section of the backpack when summit push.

Excellent backpack. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. It took less than a month to get to the Moscow region. I am satisfied. Taking into account the cost of delivery and customs clearance, it was cheaper than in local stores.

This is just a perfect backpack: sturdy, materials that are used Thera are of great quality, it is durable, solid and functional. One golf the greatest features is the stow on the go loops for the trekking poles. With this feature you do not need to remove your backpack to remove/deploy your poles. Overall this is a very nice backpack. Highly recommend.

I just received the “Aether Plus 100” pack from Trekkin and I am really impressed from the first contact with it! Anatomic upper back design, robust construction overall, tightening straps everywhere, double side mesh pockets, belt pockets, front mesh pocket, sleeping bag compartment, straps everywhere for everything, floating lid detachable for daypack use, holding straps for poles and ice axe, rain cover in its own pocket, hydro-system internal pocket, external zipped huge side pockets, reinforced shoulder straps. Its back system is just a masterpiece! I chose the Aether 100 for a hard plan, to cross the Great Himalaya Trail this spring. It offers all the necessary features needed for a 60 days self-supported crossing of the range and most of all the capacity (volume)! Only if you keep this superb backpack in your hands you will realize the commitment of Osprey people to their job! Amazing, just amazing!!!

First of all I received the Osprey Athena 100L backpack just as the item was described online! Super comfortable and more pockets and space than the Osprey Athena 85L. I am very Pleased with the backpack and unbelievable price!!! With that said. To make things very clear and build your confidence. the company trekkinn is out of Spain and products sold is coming out of Spain! So this will take time to get to you if you are in the US. What does that mean? It may take a week for acknowledgment and an invoice with tracking info sent back to you as well, so don’t feel you are left out. It takes time. From there it takes another week to process and to ship. Also include time to make the items through customs! So if you are expecting your item to come quickly. Then this website is not for you! If you can wait 4 to 6 weeks for the product you purchased, then this is the best website an has has the best prices! The package will most likely come in a shipping Bag (not a Box). So be aware! My backpack came in a white shipping bag and was not damaged. it was nicely and professionally packed inside with no issues. I love the price and I love the quality of this backpack! I compared this to my Osprey Athena 85L I already have and purchased locally in the US. So in comparison the Osprey athena 100L is bigger and built with the same quality and care! This Trekkinn company although may take longer, and in my opinion is not a scam! With knowing what to expect, I am very pleased with the outcome! Thanks TrekkInn! I rate my experience A+++++ with no issues!

I have a 38L Krestel and it is super comfortable; so I didn't hesitate to go back to the Osprey catalog to choose the large capacity backpack for this summer. If it works like its little "sister", it is super comfortable.

The backpack is quite heavy (3kg minimum), But it is well worth it. Once I had back problems I looked for more comfortable backpack and it was exactly what I needed. It seats on your back perfectly! You may need to be thorough with packing it (not easy to fit big objects - like pelican photo case, etc). But still it is quite large and allows for a lot of volume.
