The backpack is too big for hand luggage, so it will have to go in hold luggage. The small backpack that you can detach can go in the hand luggage. This is smaller than the maximum dimensions for hand luggage, so I would rather choose a larger bag for that. So I put the large bag with the small backpack attached (and a cover around it) in the hold and take a separate backpack with me as hand luggage that is the maximum size for hand luggage. Otherwise a very nice backpack, especially because you can zip the front completely open!

De backpack is te groot voor handbagage, hij zal dus in ruimbagage moeten. Het kleine rugzakje wat je los kunt halen kan wel in de handbagage. Deze is kleiner dan de maximale afmetingen voor handbagage dus daar zou ik liever een grotere tas voor kiezen. Zelf doe ik dus de grote tas met de kleine rugzak eraan (en een hoes eromheen) in het ruim en neem ik als handbagage weer een aparte rugzak mee die de maximale afmeting is voor handbagage. Verder overigens een hele fijne backpack, vooral omdat je de voorkant helemaal open kunt ritsen!
