Like the entire Petzl team, the quality of the Ascension is impeccable. Unlike other models that I have seen, the design for holding this grip is much more ergonomic and comfortable.

Purchase the left according to the scene

Taka.S

I am right-handed, but I also bought a non-dominant left handedness according to the route and the scene. The color is different from the one for the right and it should be easy to understand.

Lightweight and good value

Very lightweight and a nice trigger action. The handgrip is a little small, so not the most comfortable for big hands or if you wear bulky gloves.

Great product and great service

Dan

I purchased a Petzl Ascension left handed ascender. I live in the US and never bought from Trekk Inn before. The transaction was flawless, very inexpensive shipping and delivery time of about a week and a half. This is very reasonable delivery time for an international shipment which must go through customs and such. Excellent product as well. Overall I am very satisfied and will definitely shop at Trekk Inn and their other affiliates.
