Ronhill Storm cap

RONHILL Storm Cap | Waterproof & Breathable Running Hat

Attributes: Men, Women, Synthetic

Don´t let unpredictable weather dictate your training schedule. The RONHILL Storm Cap is your ultimate shield against the elements, meticulously engineered for runners who refuse to be stopped by a downpour. This high-performance cap is the essential piece of kit for anyone who runs, hikes, or trains outdoors, providing complete protection so you can focus on your performance. This waterproof running cap strikes the perfect balance between breathability and water protection, keeping you comfortable in the wettest conditions. Designed for outdoor performance, it ensures your head stays dry without sacrificing ventilation.

Unrivalled Waterproof Performance

When the skies open, you need gear you can trust. The Storm Cap is constructed with an advanced 3-layer waterproof fabric that acts as an impenetrable barrier against rain and moisture. To ensure absolute protection, every seam is fully taped, eliminating the weak points found in lesser caps where water can seep through. This construction guarantees your head remains completely dry, preventing the chill and discomfort that can cut a run short. The fabric is treated with a high-performance, FC-free Durable Water Repellency (DWR) finish, causing water to bead up and roll right off, maintaining the cap´s lightweight feel and breathability even in a sustained storm.

Breathable Comfort for Intense Efforts

While keeping water out is critical, managing internal heat and sweat is just as important for comfort and performance. The RONHILL Storm Cap excels in this area, allowing excess heat and water vapour to escape efficiently. This prevents the clammy, overheating sensation often associated with waterproof gear, ensuring you stay dry from the inside out. Whether you´re pushing the pace on a tempo run or tackling a long, steady-state effort, this cap maintains a comfortable microclimate around your head, allowing you to perform at your peak without distraction.

Designed for the Dedicated Runner

Every detail of the Storm Cap has been considered with the runner in mind. The classic 5-panel fit provides a streamlined, ergonomic shape that sits comfortably and securely. An easily adjustable strap at the rear allows you to dial in the perfect, customized fit, ensuring the cap stays in place without being too tight, even in windy conditions or during dynamic movements. For enhanced safety during those early morning or late evening runs, the cap features strategically placed reflective elements that increase your visibility to others in low-light conditions.
