The flasks don't move around and the storage is practical. The back pocket is spacious for clothes and there's a way to reduce it with elastics when it's not full. The kangaroo pocket is practical too. All good!

My first vest of this kind, I was afraid it would be bulky and annoying while running, but you hardly feel it! I can carry 1 liter of water with the two flasks + a water bladder in the bag + 2 masks and 2 small microfiber towels, and 2 snorkels attached to the outside with the elastics. Fitting: I have another Salomon vest, smaller and lighter, but it sits more on the shoulders. This vest hugs you; it feels ace as soon as you put it on. It can be adjusted in various ways which provides a pretty much bounce free run. Capacity: I have taken this vest on a 26km and 29km run and have found the pockets just great for storing necessary fuel and water. The flasks sit nicely in the pockets and are held in buy a nifty elastic attachment. Comfort: It really is comfortable. I made several adjustments on longer runs, especially when you drink some water, to make sure the vest is comfy and encasing - And it's so easy to do. You'd only find it impacting your breathing if you pulled the fittings too tight! And you don't need to do this.
