The 6.0 model is a bit more difficult to put on but still just as comfortable, or even more so. Hello! What size is the correct one for a foot measuring 27 cms. with a medium fit? Is this sandal unisex? I await your response. Regards!

It´s unisex. I´d say it runs small. The open version is true size, but with this one your foot slips out when you wear it with the heel flattened. For 29cm, size 46. I´d try a 44-45.
