SINGING ROCK Colt Bent Carabiner: The Lightweight, All-Round Workhorse for Your Rack

Discover the perfect balance of lightweight design, exceptional strength, and versatile performance with the SINGING ROCK Colt Bent carabiner. Engineered for climbers who demand reliability and efficiency, this carabiner is a top-tier choice for a wide range of climbing disciplines, from sport and trad to alpine adventures. Its meticulous construction and thoughtful design features make it an indispensable piece of climbing equipment for any serious enthusiast. This is a full size size hot forged carabiner with solid gate. This real all–round biner is engineered to be used for accessory cords, gear attachment and other purposes.

Engineered for Uncompromising Strength and Minimal Weight

The Colt Bent carabiner leverages advanced hot-forged I-beam construction, a modern manufacturing technique that allows material to be precisely distributed where strength is needed most. This results in a carabiner that is remarkably lightweight at just 42 grams, helping to reduce the overall weight of your rack on long approaches and demanding ascents. Despite its featherlight feel, it boasts incredible strength, including an impressive 11 kN gate open rating, providing an extra margin of safety and peace of mind when you´re pushing your limits on the rock.

Designed for Flawless Clipping and Handling

Experience smooth, intuitive clipping and unclipping with every use. The Colt features an angled, snag-free Keylock nose that prevents the carabiner from catching on ropes, slings, or your harness gear loops, ensuring faster and safer operation. The bent gate is ergonomically shaped with specially designed grooves that provide a positive, secure grip, making it easy to handle and clip the rope even when you´re pumped or wearing gloves. The overall shape and gate position have been optimized to offer a large gate opening and a generous basket area, easily accommodating the rope and simplifying complex rigging.

Durability and Rope Protection

Built to withstand the rigors of frequent use, the SINGING ROCK Colt is also designed to protect your most critical piece of gear: your rope. It features a large rope-bearing radius, which creates a smoother surface for the rope to run over. This significantly reduces friction and wear on the rope´s sheath, helping to extend its lifespan and maintain its performance over time. Each carabiner is individually tested for the strength 10 kN before leaving the factory, guaranteeing that it meets SINGING ROCK´s high standards for quality and safety. Whether you´re building a set of quickdraws or need a reliable biner for racking gear, the Colt Bent is the superior choice for performance and longevity.
