SKYLOTEC Ratikon Backpack: The Ultimate Alpine & Multipitch Haul Bag

Conquer your next vertical challenge with the SKYLOTEC Ratikon, the expertly engineered haul bag designed for demanding multipitch and alpine climbs. Built for adult climbers who require uncompromising durability and intelligent functionality, this frameless backpack is the perfect companion for both men and women on one-day ascents. Its robust construction is specifically designed to withstand significant abrasion, whether you´re hauling it up a rough rock face or wearing it through tight chimneys. The Ratikon isn´t just a climbing pack; its versatile nature makes it an excellent choice for technical hiking and minimalist camping approaches.

The Ratikon seamlessly blends the comfort of a backpack with the resilience of a haul bag. It offers ample space to carry all the essential gear needed for a full day on the wall. The intelligent design focuses on efficiency and ease of use, ensuring your focus remains on the climb, not on your gear. Its adaptable capacity, falling within the 31-40 L range when expanded, allows you to pack for a light-and-fast mission or a more gear-intensive objective. The ergonomic shoulder straps provide comfort during the approach, but their true genius lies in their ability to be completely stored away in a dedicated pocket. This feature is critical, preventing them from snagging, twisting, or wearing out during recovery on the wall, thereby prolonging the life of your pack.

Main Features:

* 25 L volume expandable to 35 L for added capacity.

* Different-length suspension straps incorporating a daisy chain for versatile hauling options.

* Roll-top closure and a wide opening for easy gear access and efficient packing.

* Ergonomic shoulder straps, which can be stored in the dedicated pocket to avoid wear during recovery on the wall.

* The innovative hip belt features two robust loops designed to connect to anchor points and can also double as a convenient belay seat.

* Two internal gear loops and a zippered pocket help keep your equipment organized and secure.

* Additional gear attachment points are strategically located at the bottom of the bag for ropes or other bulky items.

Every detail of the SKYLOTEC Ratikon is crafted for performance in the vertical world. The roll-top closure provides quick and wide access to the main compartment while offering superior protection against the elements. Inside, internal gear loops and a zippered pocket keep smaller items organized and accessible. The truly unique feature is the multi-functional hip belt, which includes two reinforced loops that allow you to clip the bag directly to an anchor or use it as a makeshift seat while belaying, adding a layer of convenience and safety to your system. The SKYLOTEC Ratikon is more than just a backpack; it´s a vital piece of climbing equipment for your mountain adventures
