I have been buying this one for years. This time I ordered 2 pairs of size S and received 2 pairs of size S (as marked on the labels). However, after wearing one of the 2 pairs a few times, I realized that it is actually size M, not size S as indicated on the label. I don´t think I can return it since I´ve worn it several times. I checked the 2nd pair, and luckily it is the right size, S. Be careful not to 100% trust the label then.

For years I've been wearing Smartwool's Classic Hike Socks exclusively in winter, with full or extra cushioning, depending on the temperature. They always keep my feet warm and above all dry. The temperature equalization due to the high proportion of natural fibers is simply phenomenal. Furthermore, I appreciate the responsible and transparent production of this company, which places the absolutely justified price in a fair sector. I would never buy cheap merino socks metaphorically covered in the blood of a tortured creature! For me it is an all-round successful product that I warmly recommend.
