Hello, are these types of insoles good for metatarsalgia?

That is hard to say. The soles are of quite good quality. After testing the Birkenstock soles for a while, I recommend the BirkoContact Sport (note, the reinforcement of the arch of the foot is very pronounced). The Birko Active is also very good, but it is intended for everyday use in shoes with less volume. For me, Birkenstock soles are unsurpassed in terms of quality.
