I'm Brazilian. I had to register my CPF when purchasing from the post office website. After that, I had to pay a 60% fee on the product. For this reason, the product arrived a little late. 10 days later than expected. The shoe itself is great. I bought a size smaller than my own and it fit great. It could have been 1/3 or 2/3 smaller to make it tighter, but 1/3 smaller was comfortable and usable. I've already climbed with them and they work very well.

First sneaker I buy, it took 30 days to get home, I paid customs fees. I wear 41 BR, I bought 42 2/3 EU. It was big, when I shrink my foot for greater precision I have 2 fingers left. Very soft, comfortable shoe. I believe that if I bought a 40 EU it would be better or even risk a 39 EU, as it is very comfortable. I haven't used it for climbing yet, only at home trying it out.

Great sneaker, delivered within a reasonable time (1 month and 3 days), well packaged and conditioned. I wear shoe size 41, and I bought sneakers in size 43 1/3 EU. It was slightly comfortable, size 43 EU would have been perfect (but it wasn't in stock). The shoe seems to be great for everyday life, but not as technical as others I've used. Still, I recommend the purchase, especially considering the prices charged by resellers in Brazil.

The shoes themselves are great so far. I have to use them more to see how well the rubber wears and if the inners start to smell (as I´ve read in other reviews) but so far so good. I removed a star for the outlet though because they took a month to arrive. The initial delivery date I was given was wildly incorrect, and it was continuously extended after placing the order. Customer service was non existent. I got a notification that my enquiry was received. And then a notification that my query was closed. This would put me off ordering from tradeinn again

Great sneaker, I recommend buying a little smaller than the evolv or la sportiva sneakers... by the way, I recommend buyers from Brazil who use la sportiva to change to tenaya, scarpa or evolv which serve very well, they are as good as the sneakers la sportiva and there is no restriction on shipping to Brazil, thus trying to force you to buy more expensive items from Brazilian resellers. Here's a tip!!!

Hello, I bought a new size 41 1/3 EU, my size being BR 41, it looks great, tight, doesn´t slip off the heel. In your case, I would risk buying 46 EU or 46 2/3 EU. This shoe, from what I understand, is not for wide feet (lateral-medial diameter), but I believe it will fit well on a taller foot (lower to upper diameter), as the tongue fabric and velcro region are flexible. Therefore, if it is a little tight at the beginning, over time I believe it will become loose. I say this after 1 month of using my new sneakers. I highly recommend the brand and model!! Something that can help you decide is to measure your foot and compare it to the size you want to buy.

The shoes is abit on the larger side. I wear EU44 sneakers usually and I use size 42.5 for this for a snug fit. Would recommend downsizing at least 1 from ur usually sneaker size or 0.5 from other climbing shoes. Careful with Brazilian sizes, 41 BR is aprox. EU 43 so you might want to think about ordering EU 42 or EU 42.5.

Hello, I'm currently wearing the same shoes, but for my left foot the current size that I wear is too tight. The current size I'm wearing is UK 8 1/2 / EU 42 1/2, what's the next available size? On the Tenaya sizing chart I can see that the next available size would be UK 9 / EU 43 1/4, but i can't see that this size is available on your website, only 43 1/3. Is this the same size? Thanks

Hello! The 43 1/3 is different from the 43 (it is slightly larger). If you use 42, the ideal would be 42 2/3 or 43 1/3.
