WILDCOUNTRY Session Screw Gate Carabiner - The Ultimate All-Round Locking Carabiner

Our compact, easy-handling locking karabiner with a screw gate and optimised handling. The WILDCOUNTRY Session Screw Gate is engineered to be the new workhorse of your climbing rack. Designed for climbers who demand reliability, versatility, and flawless operation, this locking carabiner sets a new standard for all-around performance. Whether you´re setting up a top-rope, building a complex anchor, or securing your belay device, the Session provides the security and confidence you need to focus on your climb.

Experience unparalleled ease of use with the Session´s ergonomic design. Its versatile compact shape fits perfectly in your hand, allowing for quick, one-handed operation. The smooth-action screw gate provides positive, secure locking with minimal effort, ensuring you´re clipped in and safe without fumbling, even when wearing gloves or in a high-stress situation on the wall. This focus on optimised handling makes it a trusted companion for both novice climbers and seasoned alpinists.

Say goodbye to frustrating snags. The Session features a clean, Keylock nose design that prevents the carabiner from catching on your rope, harness gear loops, or anchor slings. This crucial feature ensures seamless clipping and unclipping, saving you precious time and energy while enhancing overall safety by eliminating a common point of frustration and potential error. The solid straight gate further enhances the carabiner´s robust feel and dependable action every time you use it.

At the heart of the Session´s incredible performance is its advanced construction. Through a hot-forging process, we can shape the carabiner with an I-beam back, a design that strategically removes material where it´s not needed while reinforcing key stress points. The result is a locking carabiner that boasts exceptional high strength and durability while maintaining an impressively low weight. This optimised strength-to-weight ratio means less gear to haul on long approaches and multi-pitch routes without ever compromising on safety.

The WILDCOUNTRY Session Screw Gate carabiner is more than just a piece of equipment; it´s an essential partner for every ascent. Its combination of a versatile compact design, robust solid straight gate, and user-friendly features makes it the ideal choice for belaying, rigging, and anchor building. Upgrade your rack with this indispensable, high-performance locking carabiner and climb with the unwavering confidence that only WILDCOUNTRY can provide.
