Engineered specifically for the moments after intense physical activity, these slides are the ultimate post-workout reward. Whether you´ve just finished a grueling gym session, a long run, or a competitive game, slipping into the Adissage provides immediate, rejuvenating relief for tired, hardworking feet. They are expertly designed not for all-day wear, but for those crucial moments of rest and recovery, helping you bounce back faster for your next performance.

Experience the unique sensation of a foot massage with every step. The Adissage is renowned for its distinctive nubby footbed, which is flexible and designed to gently stimulate and soothe your soles. This massaging action helps to increase blood flow and ease tension, providing a therapeutic experience that feels incredible on aching arches and heels. It’s the perfect way to transition from the high-impact stress of your sport to a state of relaxation and comfort. The lightweight construction ensures they won´t weigh you down as you move from the locker room to the shower or head home.

Achieve the perfect, personalized fit every single time. Understanding that feet can swell after exercise, ADIDAS designed the Adissage with a fully adjustable bandage-style upper. The convenient hook-and-loop closure allows you to customize the fit instantly, ensuring a secure and comfortable hold that adapts to your foot´s unique shape. This feature prevents slipping and provides a snug, supportive feel that’s essential for post-activity care. The classic 3-Stripes design on the upper offers that timeless adidas style, making these slides a functional and fashionable addition to your athletic gear. Step into superior post-workout care and make the ADIDAS Adissage slides an essential part of your recovery ritual.

These adidas Adissage slides have a flexible nubby footbed that massages hardworking feet and a bandage upper that adjusts for a custom fit.

These slides are designed for post-workout rejuvenation and not for all-day comfort.

If you are looking for an all-day comfort massage slide, try our Adilette Comfort Slides.

Very good and comfortable, a massage-like sensation as if walking on beach sand, and an excellent price!

Cool flip-flops

2026/05/01

María

I liked the flip-flops. The color combination is very cool with the gold. They are comfortable, and the fact that they can be adjusted with the velcro is good. Also, I didn´t find the spikes uncomfortable; on the contrary, the massage feels comfortable and pleasant

Adidas is a thing of the past...

2025/11/02

Tiago Garcia

I personally will never buy any Adidas shoes again. The sneakers are incredibly slippery; I've fallen several times when the floor is wet. The same thing happened with these flip-flops; I was walking normally and slipped, resulting in a severe ankle sprain!

Excellent!!

Excellent product. It arrived exactly like the published photo, with no differences or surprises. The quality is truly excellent, evident in the finish and materials used. It exceeded my expectations in both presentation and detail, as it perfectly fulfills what was promised in the description. Without a doubt, a very satisfactory purchase that I would recommend to others.

ADIDAS ADISSAGE

I have had the same model for over 10 years and it is as good as new. The materials used in its manufacture are top quality and its success lies in the rubber bubbles in its insole that constantly massage the sole of the foot, causing a constant massage in a very subtle way. It also makes the blood circulate better (you have to get used to it). They are ideal for those who have plantar fasciitis. The price is also very good. Bye.

The best slippers i have ever bought!!

2023/02/11

Leonardo

The order arrived in time and form. The delay occurs once it arrives in the country, Argentina, because it depends on the place that has to be delivered, it takes more or less than in other delivery points. The slippers are excellent, they are not available in the country and if so, the price exceeds them by 2 or 3 times... at the final price, with import taxes. Really comfortable, and with that sensation of massage when walking... I recommend them!!

Buy recommendation

2020/08/18

Magdalena

The Adissage flip-flops have a footbed with nubs. The feet are massaged comfortably with every step. The color combination black and gold was only rarely available in my size from other suppliers, and when it did, it was at a much higher price. I am very happy about the bargain and the problem-free processing at swiminn.com. I am happy to accept the longer shipping time. The package arrived on time in the specified time. Clear purchase recommendation!

Perfect and comfortable.

2020/07/23

Andrés

Perfect, super comfortable. At first you will notice a little "pain" or discomfort in the sole of the foot but the next day you will not notice anything. These flip-flops are perfect for return circulation since thanks to their bumps and the shape of the sole that is not flat, it stimulates the sole of your foot. I recommend 100%

I like that you can adjust the width as my child has narrow feet. I think there are also a classic style and colour so look great with anything. My child really liked the feel of the insole too. Only slight down side was the 6 wasn´t much longer than the 5 so fear they will soon grow out of them sadly.

They are really comfortable and easy to wear every day. The cushioning feels soft underfoot, making them great for relaxing, holidays, or after sport. They look stylish with the classic Adidas design and are lightweight too. They fit well and last a long time, although some styles can feel a little slippery on wet surfaces. Nubs were bit uncomfortable initially but then you get used to that and don’t realise. Great sliders with the velcro size adjustable tops which means that people with odd shaped feet can make them comfortable, my only gripe was the spiky sole which was really uncomfortable for me to wear and left indents in the sole of my feet after taking them off but they also help to grip the foot and keep it in place its definitely a love or hate thing but put on a pair of socks and they are near perfect for me

Hello, I have already rated the product twice, the product is OK and I am satisfied with it. I will contact you if I need something from your shop again. Regards, RH Please understand if I do not rate your product a fourth time. I do not want a newsletter either, there are 500 shops that offer me their products, I get mail every day, but I have other things to do in life than write reviews three times for the same product.

Comfiest footwear ever

2025/09/29

Skunked

First of all, if you´ve never worn these before note that they may cause some pain at first. Some people have to build up tolerance to wear them for more than an hour. That said these are the comfiest footwear I own and I wear them as slippers all year round. The massage effect on my feet is amazing and keeps them from getting super tired to super painful. I cannot recommend these high enough, especially for anyone with foot pain. Really wish Adidas would make some actual slippers with closed toes and furry on the inside but also with the knobbled footbed. I would but them in a heartbeat!
