We bought size L for our large tomcat (Savanna breed): Length from base of tail to head/nose: 70 cm, neck circumference 29 cm, chest circumference: 48 cm, weight: 10.8 kg. The vest fit well, we were even able to tighten the straps a little. We didn't test whether the buoyancy was sufficient, it seems a bit tight to me, the cat would have to make swimming movements itself.
