Can-sb Buoy with light

CAN-SB Buoy with Solar-Powered Light

Secure your mooring and enhance navigational safety with the CAN-SB Buoy with Light, a top-tier solution for demanding marine environments. Designed for reliability and longevity, this buoy is an essential piece of equipment for any vessel owner, marina operator, or harbormaster who prioritizes visibility, durability, and low-maintenance operation. Whether marking a private mooring, a hazard, or a designated channel, this buoy provides unparalleled performance day and night.

Key Benefits and Features:

Unsinkable and Robust Construction:
Engineered for exceptional resilience, this buoy is constructed from high-density blown polyethylene. This rugged outer shell is highly resistant to UV degradation, impacts from vessels, and the corrosive effects of saltwater. The interior is filled with closed-cell polyurethane foam, a critical feature that guarantees the buoy will not lose its buoyancy or sink even if the outer casing is punctured or compromised. This provides ultimate peace of mind that your mooring marker will remain afloat and functional in all conditions.

Superior Mooring Hardware:
At the core of the buoy is a solid stainless steel rod that runs through its entire length, providing a strong, unified structure. This is complemented by an integrated stainless steel swivel at the base. This high-quality swivel is crucial for preventing mooring chain or rope from twisting and tangling due to tides and currents, reducing stress on your ground tackle and ensuring a secure, reliable connection to your anchor. The use of stainless steel ensures maximum resistance to rust and corrosion, prolonging the life of the entire mooring system.

Autonomous Nighttime Visibility:
This buoy is equipped with an advanced, self-contained signaling system. The integrated white light features a high-visibility, intermittent LED that is easily spotted from a distance. The system is powered by a built-in solar panel that charges an internal battery during the day. Thanks to a sophisticated twilight sensor, the light automatically activates at dusk and deactivates at dawn, providing effortless, around-the-clock safety without any manual intervention. This eco-friendly, solar-powered design eliminates the need for costly and inconvenient battery replacements.

This buoy is a comprehensive mooring and signaling device. It features a blown polyethylene body with a stainless steel rod and swivel, filled with closed-cell polyurethane. Signaling is achieved with a white light using an intermittent high-visibility LED, controlled by a twilight-activated solar panel. Please note this model is provided without certification.
