Cannelle 1403 K barbed spaded hook

CANNELLE 1403 K Barbed Spaded Hook

Elevate your match fishing performance with the CANNELLE 1403 K, a specialist barbed spaded hook meticulously engineered for precision, sensitivity, and ultimate reliability. Designed for the competitive angler who demands the best from their terminal tackle, this hook provides the finesse and strength needed to turn tentative bites into landed fish. Its unique design is the result of decades of angling expertise, making it a trusted choice for coarse and match fishing scenarios where presentation is paramount.

The primary benefit of the CANNELLE 1403 K lies in its ability to present delicate baits in the most natural way possible. The extra-fine wire construction is incredibly lightweight, causing minimal damage to fragile baits like bloodworm, jokers, or single maggots. This ensures your offering remains lively and appealing to wary fish, significantly increasing your chances of a take. The fine wire, combined with a chemically sharpened point, also guarantees superior penetration with minimal pressure, which is crucial when using light lines and sensitive pole setups.

Another key advantage is its signature extra-long shank. This feature makes the 1403 K exceptionally easy to work with, both during baiting and unhooking. The extended shank provides ample room for threading multiple baits, such as casters or maggots, for a more substantial offering. Furthermore, it offers a secure grip for a disgorger, allowing for fast, efficient, and safe unhooking. This is a critical benefit in timed competition fishing, where every second saved can make a difference to your final weight.

As a classic example of high-quality Spade End Hooks, the CANNELLE 1403 K is perfectly suited for creating strong, streamlined, and reliable rigs using a knotless knot or a hook tyer. This spade end design ensures a perfectly straight line presentation from the hook to the line, eliminating any unnatural angles and maximizing the strength of the connection. The subtle yet effective barb provides a secure hook hold, giving you the confidence to play larger bonus fish without the fear of the hook pulling free.
