Daiwa Floating carpfishing cradle

DAIWA Floating Carp Fishing Cradle Grey: Ultimate Fish Safety and Handling

Elevate your carp angling and prioritize fish welfare with the innovative DAIWA Floating Carp Fishing Cradle. Designed for the conscientious modern angler who values catch-and-release, this essential piece of fishing equipment from the Bivvy and bankside category provides an unparalleled level of safety and security for your prized catches. Its primary function is to create a safe, controlled, and stress-free environment for unhooking, weighing, and photographing specimen carp, ensuring they are returned to the water in prime condition. The sophisticated grey finish ensures it integrates discreetly into any bankside setup.

The standout benefit of this cradle is its full floating capability. This allows you to guide a netted carp directly into the cradle while it is still in the water. This process is significantly calmer for the fish, minimizing panic and physical exertion. By handling the fish in its natural environment initially, you reduce stress and the risk of injury that can occur when lifting a heavy, struggling fish directly onto the bank. Once the fish is secure, the entire cradle can be easily and safely towed to the water´s edge and lifted onto your unhooking mat.

Constructed for maximum fish protection, the cradle features a high-walled design that prevents the carp from sliding or flipping out. The interior is designed to be gentle on the fish´s delicate scales and protective slime coat. For practicality on the bank, a full-length quick-drain mesh panel on the base allows water to escape rapidly when the cradle is lifted, ensuring an accurate weight reading and preventing you from lifting unnecessary water weight. This thoughtful design makes the entire process from water to bank seamless and efficient. As a premier choice in modern carp Cots and cradles, this model sets a new standard for fish care.
