Fox International Ventec Sheath

FOX INTERNATIONAL Ventec Sheath: Ultimate All-Weather Sleeping Bag Protection

Elevate your bankside comfort and defy the elements with the FOX INTERNATIONAL Ventec Sheath, the definitive waterproof cover for the dedicated angler. Designed to transform any standard sleeping bag into a high-performance, all-season system, this sheath is an essential piece of fishing equipment for anyone who refuses to let weather dictate their session. Whether you´re settling in for a long night on your bedchair or seeking extra protection inside your bivvy, the Ventec Sheath delivers unparalleled warmth and dryness.

The core of this cover is its legendary waterproof Ventec fabric, which boasts an exceptional 20.000mm hydrostatic head rating. This means you are fully shielded from the heaviest downpours, condensation, and damp morning air, ensuring you and your sleeping bag remain completely dry. But protection doesn´t come at the cost of comfort. The interior is lined with a soft, thermal micro fleece, which not only feels luxurious but also significantly boosts the insulation of your sleeping bag. This added layer traps body heat, making it perfect for turning a 3-season bag into a 4 or 5-season contender, allowing you to comfortably fish deeper into the colder months.

Designed with practicality in mind, the Ventec Sheath integrates seamlessly with your existing setup. It features Velcro retaining side strips that secure it firmly to the side of your bedchair, eliminating drafts and preventing the cover from slipping during the night. A snug-fit drawcord allows you to cinch the top section around you, creating a cozy cocoon that locks in warmth. For those using Fox sleeping bags, the D-loop attachment system provides an even more secure connection, ensuring the sheath and your bag work as a single, cohesive unit. It is the ideal solution for anglers spending nights on their fishing deck chairs or bedchairs, providing a robust outer layer against the unpredictable conditions outside the bivvy.
