Garbolino Competition SP M43 float

GARBOLINO Competition SP M43 Float: The Ultimate in Versatility and Performance

Discover the pinnacle of pole float design with the GARBOLINO Competition SP M43. Engineered for the serious angler who demands precision, stability, and versatility, the SP M43 is a masterpiece born from the expertise of world-renowned angler Stephane Pottelet. This float is not just a piece of tackle; it´s a competitive advantage, trusted by top-level match anglers across Europe and designed to excel in a vast array of fishing situations, from tranquil commercial lakes to flowing natural rivers. Its reputation as one of the most versatile and popular patterns available is well-earned, making it an essential component of any serious silver fish angler´s arsenal.

Unmatched Stability in All Conditions

At the heart of the SP M43´s superior performance is its classic rugby ball-shaped body, a timeless design perfected for optimal balance. This iconic shape allows the float to sit securely in the water, providing outstanding stability against wind, surface skim, and underwater tow. Coupled with a thick metal stem, the float remains incredibly steady, enabling you to present your bait perfectly and hold it stationary when needed. This stability is crucial for detecting subtle bites and gives you the confidence to fish effectively, whether you are targeting wary roach on a stillwater or navigating the gentle flow of a canal.

Exceptional Bite Indication and Visibility

The GARBOLINO SP M43 is equipped with a highly visible, hollow plastic antenna. With a diameter ranging from 1mm to 2mm depending on the float size, this antenna strikes the perfect balance between sensitivity and visibility. It stands out clearly against any background glare or ripple, allowing you to spot even the most delicate indications from a distance. The hollow construction ensures it is exquisitely sensitive, registering the shyest of bites from species like roach, bream, and perch, giving you the critical split-second advantage needed to connect with more fish.

Engineered for Durability and Precision

Built to withstand the rigours of competitive angling, the SP M43 features a line-through-body design. This construction method not only makes the float exceptionally robust and less prone to damage during intense sessions but also protects your line from wear and tear. By running the line directly through the float´s core, it ensures a direct, positive connection for instant bite registration and superior rig control. This intelligent design means you can fish with confidence, knowing your float is both resilient and built for precision. For added convenience during a match, each float has a base colour-coded by weight, allowing for quick and effortless identification when selecting your next rig from your pole roost, saving you precious time when it matters most.
