Gill Orion vest

GILL Orion Vest for Men | All-Weather Performance & Style

Discover the ultimate fusion of core warmth, all-weather protection, and modern style with the GILL Orion Vest. Engineered for the man who demands performance without compromise, this versatile vest is your essential companion, seamlessly transitioning from a demanding day of fishing on the water to navigating the dynamic urban landscape. Its sophisticated, streamlined design offers exceptional comfort and freedom of movement, making it the perfect layering piece for any adventure.

Stay Completely Dry and Protected

Experience unparalleled defense against the elements. The Orion Vest is constructed with an advanced 2-layer fabric system, providing a robust barrier against wind and water. Combined with fully taped seams throughout the garment, every potential entry point for moisture is sealed shut. This meticulous construction ensures your core remains dry and comfortable, whether you´re caught in a sudden downpour on the pier or facing coastal spray, allowing you to focus on your activity, not the weather.

Exceptional Warmth Without the Bulk

At the heart of the Orion Vest lies its innovative, down-feel synthetic insulation. This high-performance fill traps an incredible amount of warmth relative to its weight, providing the thermal efficiency you need in chilly conditions without the puffiness of traditional insulation. The result is a sleek, low-profile silhouette that offers maximum core temperature regulation. The sleeveless, without-hood design further enhances its layering capability, fitting perfectly under a waterproof shell jacket or over a base layer without restricting arm movement.

Superior Comfort and Practical Design

Engineered for active use, the GILL Orion Vest is designed with practical features that enhance your experience. A full-length YKK Vislon front zipper provides durable and reliable closure, while an internal storm guard prevents wind and water from penetrating. For storage and comfort, two zippered hand warmer pockets offer a cozy refuge for your hands and secure space for small essentials. An additional internal zippered security pocket is perfect for safeguarding your phone, wallet, or fishing license. Fine-tune your fit and lock out cold drafts using the shock cord adjustable hem, ensuring warmth stays in and the elements stay out.

This vest also features a revolutionary water and stain-repellent finish, which means water beads up and rolls off, and stains from mud or fish are easier to clean, keeping your vest looking its best for longer. It´s the perfect choice for the modern man who values both high-performance gear and a sharp, clean aesthetic for everyday urban wear.
