Glomex Rail Swivel Mount

GLOMEX Rail Swivel Mount

Secure your vessel’s critical communication and navigation systems with the unparalleled strength and versatility of the GLOMEX Rail Swivel Mount. Designed for the discerning mariner who demands reliability and performance, this premium mount provides a rock-solid foundation for your marine antennas, ensuring optimal signal integrity in all conditions. Engineered to withstand the harshest marine environments, it combines robust construction with intelligent design for a truly superior mounting solution.

This mount is a quintessential upgrade for any boat, offering a perfect blend of durability and convenience. At its core, this is a rail ratchet mount crafted from high-grade stainless steel that has been electropolished to a mirror finish. This specialized treatment not only provides a sleek, professional aesthetic that complements any vessel but, more importantly, creates an incredibly smooth surface that offers maximum resistance to corrosion, saltwater spray, and UV degradation.

The innovative design with handle allows for effortless, tool-free adjustment. The robust ratchet mechanism lets you quickly and easily change the antenn´s angle, allowing you to lower it for passing under bridges, trailering your boat, or placing a cover over it. When you´re ready to head out, simply raise it back to the optimal vertical position for maximum range. Furthermore, the thoughtful inclusion of a hole for GPS and coaxial cables ensures a clean, tidy, and protected installation, preventing cable chafe and damage while maintaining the clean lines of your boat.

Installation is brilliantly simple and highly adaptable. It is designed for easy installation on vertical or horizontal rails of 7/8” (22mm) and 1” (25mm), which covers the most common rail sizes found on powerboats and sailboats. This versatility ensures you can find the perfect mounting location on your vessel for clear signal transmission and reception without compromise.

The mount is robustly built to handle a variety of marine antennas. It is usable with antennas no longer than 8’ in self supporting mode, making it an ideal choice for VHF, AIS, and other communication antennas. It features the industry-standard 1”x14 thread, guaranteeing compatibility with all Glomex antennas and a vast majority of other marine antenna brands on the market.
