HERAKLES Sbam Spoon 2.3g | Competition Trout Area Lure

Dominate the competition and unlock the secret to catching even the most lethargic trout with the HERAKLES Sbam Spoon 2.3g. Engineered for peak performance, this lure is an indispensable tool for serious Trout Area anglers and anyone looking to gain a competitive edge. Its unique design and specific weight make it a specialist in tempting trout when others lures fail.

The Sbam is defined by its distinctive short and wide spoon profile, finished with sharpened ends. This specific shape is the result of extensive testing and has proven to be exceptionally effective in high-pressure tournament situations. It is the perfect spoon to start a match with, allowing you to quickly find and capitalize on active fish. Crucially, it also transforms into your secret weapon for enticing apathetic, hard-to-catch trout during the challenging mid-match lulls when the bite slows down.

Its true magic lies in an intensely accentuated movement that generates a dynamic, wide wobble, making it incredibly catchy. This lure is designed to be effective through every phase of your presentation. On the drop, it flutters and flashes seductively, perfectly mimicking injured prey and triggering strikes during the fall. During the retrieving phase, its provocative action remains consistent and irresistible, calling in fish from a distance.

Engineered to be heavy and compact for its profile, the Sbam 2.3g allows for exceptionally long and accurate casts. This attribute is a significant advantage, enabling you to reach fish holding far from the bank, cover more water efficiently, and place your lure with pinpoint precision, even against the wind.

This 2.3g version is specifically designed as a deep-water specialist. It is the ultimate choice for “bottom fishing” techniques and for thoroughly working the lower layers of the water column where larger, more cautious trout often hold. While its lighter counterparts are excellent for the upper and middle water layers, the 2.3g Sbam gets down to the strike zone quickly and stays there, making it an essential tool for deep presentations.

Ready for tournament use right out of the package, the HERAKLES Sbam comes pre-fitted with a high-quality single barbless hook. A single barbless hook is now a must in the Trout Area tournament circuit and a requirement in many managed lakes, ensuring you are compliant with regulations while also promoting safer catch-and-release practices.
