Kinetic Minken Board – The Ultimate Otter Board for Efficient Trolling

Expand your fishing territory and dramatically increase your catch rate with the Kinetic Minken Board, an essential piece of deck equipment for any serious angler. Expertly designed for trolling, this board is the perfect tool when you are after prized species like trout, char, and grayling. Rooted in the proven traditions of Scandinavian fishing, the Minken Board allows you to present your lures over a vast area, maximizing your efficiency and transforming your time on the water.

The Kinetic Minken Board is a classic otter board that gains great distance from your boat or land, allowing you to cover sections of water that are otherwise unreachable with standard casting or trolling methods. Its ingenious design features an integrated ballast that keeps the otter board perfectly upright and stable in the water, even at the ultra-low speeds necessary for enticing wary fish. This exceptional stability ensures your lines remain untangled and your presentation is flawless from start to finish. With this method, the flies are spread over a large body of water, making the use very efficient and creating a wide trolling path that fish find impossible to ignore.

Built for performance and convenience, the Minken Board embodies a traditional way of fishing for trout in Norway, a technique honed over generations for its incredible effectiveness. It is remarkably easy to learn to use, making it accessible for both seasoned anglers looking to refine their trolling setup and newcomers eager to adopt a highly productive fishing style. Its foldable design allows for compact storage and easy transport, ensuring it’s always ready for your next adventure, whether you´re heading to a remote mountain lake or a wide-open reservoir.
