KINETIC Smølfen Jig 80g

Attributes: 50-99 gr, Jigs

Unleash the full potential of your saltwater angling with the KINETIC Smølfen Jig 80g, a masterfully engineered lure designed for maximum attraction and versatility. Whether you´re casting from the shore or jigging from a boat, the Smølfen is built to provoke aggressive strikes from the ocean´s most formidable predators. Its design is a testament to Kinetic´s commitment to creating effective, easy-to-use lures that deliver results, cast after cast.

The secret to the Smølfen´s success begins with its exceptional casting performance. The shape of this lure is well balanced for casting and the swimming action is outstanding. This aerodynamic profile allows you to cut through the wind and achieve remarkable distances, enabling you to reach fish that are holding far from your position. Covering more water means presenting your lure to more active fish, significantly increasing your chances of a successful day on the water.

Once in the water, the Smølfen comes alive with a dynamic and erratic swimming action that perfectly mimics a distressed baitfish. On a steady retrieve, it kicks and darts unpredictably, sending out vibrations and flashes that predators find impossible to ignore. But the true magic happens during the pause. You will notice when you stop retrieving Kinetic Smølfen will start rotating around its own axis. This mesmerizing, fluttering fall is a renowned strike trigger, enticing even the most cautious followers to commit. This unique action makes the lure deadly on the drop, perfect for vertical jigging over structures or for employing a stop-and-go retrieve technique.

Versatility is at the core of the Smølfen´s design. You can fish the lure in various ways and the lure is generally very easy to fish, making it a superb choice for both seasoned anglers and those new to jigging. Burn it back to the surface for a frantic retrieve, work it with a classic yo-yo jigging motion, or simply cast and retrieve with intermittent pauses; the Smølfen performs flawlessly across a spectrum of techniques, adapting to the mood of the fish and the conditions of the day.

Visual appeal is paramount in attracting predatory fish, and the Smølfen excels in this regard. The holographic surface combined with the clear orange striking point towards the tail, will release much attraction. This brilliant finish reflects light in every direction, creating a lifelike shimmer that can be seen from a great distance. This is complemented by realistic 3D holographic eyes that act as a focal point for attack. The vibrant orange spot near the tail serves as a precision strike target, ensuring more aggressive and accurate hookups.

Built to withstand the harsh saltwater environment and the brutal force of powerful fish, the KINETIC Smølfen is equipped with a high-quality, razor-sharp Prema steel hook for reliable penetration and holding power. It is connected via a robust, corrosion-resistant stainless steel split ring, giving you the confidence to battle your trophy catch without fear of tackle failure.
