KORUM Distance Marka Stix | Precision Casting & Distance Measurement

Elevate your angling precision and achieve unparalleled accuracy with the KORUM Distance Marka Stix. Designed for the discerning angler who understands that consistency is key to success, these measuring sticks are the ultimate tool for mapping your swim and ensuring every cast lands exactly where you intend. Say goodbye to guesswork and the frustration of near misses; with the Marka Stix, you can fish with absolute confidence, knowing your bait, spod, or marker float is positioned perfectly every single time.

Be a more accurate angler with these ultra-compact Marka Sticks. The sticks are a lightweight aluminium with a nite-glo top, that come in a neat fabric bag. The sticks function as a pair of markers that you place a specific distance apart on the ground using the cord supplied. By wrapping your fishing line around these sticks and counting the number of wraps, you can accurately determine the distance of your cast every single time. This is good for casting multiple rods to the same spot, or measuring out your Spod or Bopper Rod to the same distance.

Master Your Casting Distance

The core benefit of the KORUM Marka Stix lies in their ability to provide simple, repeatable distance measurement. Whether you´ve found a productive gravel patch, a subtle depression, or the far-side margin, these sticks allow you to "clip up" at the precise range. This ensures that when you recast—day or night, in changing conditions—your rig lands back in the productive zone. This method is essential for building a baited area effectively and keeping all your rods fishing in tight proximity to one another, concentrating the fish and increasing your chances of a take.

Key Features Engineered for Performance
* High-Visibility Nite-Glo Tops: The specially designed Nite-Glo tops absorb daylight and glow brightly in low-light conditions, making the sticks clearly visible during dusk, dawn, and overnight sessions. This allows for accurate re-clipping without the need for a bright headtorch that could spook wary fish.
* Robust and Lightweight Aluminium Build: Engineered for durability without adding unnecessary weight to your kit. The strong aluminium construction ensures the sticks can be pushed into firm ground with ease, providing a stable anchor point for wrapping your line, while remaining incredibly light for transport.
* Precision Measuring Cord: The included cord ensures you set the sticks at the exact same distance apart every time you use them. This standardisation is critical for maintaining consistent measurements from one session to the next.
* Ultra-Compact and Portable Design: Understanding the needs of the modern angler, the Marka Stix are designed to be compact. They are supplied in a neat fabric bag, protecting them during transit and ensuring they take up minimal space in your carryall or rod bag.

Simple and Effective Distance Measurement

Using the Marka Stix is brilliantly straightforward. After finding your spot with a marker rod or a lead, clip the line on your reel. Reel in, and place your rig at the base of one of the sticks. With the sticks pushed into the ground at the distance set by the measuring cord, you then simply wrap your line between them in a figure-of-eight motion, counting each wrap. This number is your exact distance. You can then repeat this process for your other fishing rods and your spod rod, clipping them all up to the identical distance for perfectly coordinated angling.
