LALIZAS LED EX2980 Headlight: Intrinsically Safe & Explosion-Proof Illumination

Navigate the most challenging and hazardous work environments with confidence using the LALIZAS LED EX2980 Headlight. Engineered for professionals who demand uncompromising safety and powerful, reliable illumination, this headlamp is the ultimate hands-free lighting solution for high-risk industries. Its intrinsically safe design and explosion-proof certification make it an essential tool where standard lighting is not an option.

Unparalleled Safety in Extreme Conditions

The core benefit of the EX2980 is its certified safety for the most dangerous locations. With an explosion-proof rating for Zone 0, this headlamp is approved for use in areas where flammable or explosive atmospheres of gases, vapours, or dusts are continuously present. This top-tier certification provides peace of mind, allowing you to focus on the task at hand, whether you are on an oil rig, in a chemical plant, or performing a critical rescue operation. Built to withstand the elements, it boasts a superior IP67 protection rating, ensuring it is completely sealed against dust ingress and can withstand submersion in water, making it ideal for the demanding maritime sector and firefighting applications.

Versatile Performance for Any Task

The LALIZAS EX2980 is not just safe; it is incredibly versatile. Featuring a dual-beam system, you can instantly switch between a focused Spot beam to inspect objects up to 58 metres away and a wide Flood beam to illuminate your immediate workspace for detailed tasks. Adaptability is further enhanced with four distinct output modes. Use the High mode for a powerful 130-lumen beam, switch to the Low mode for an exceptional battery duration of up to 16 hours, or activate the Flood light for broad, even lighting. An emergency Strobe light is also available for signalling or distress situations. This multi-mode functionality ensures you always have the right type of light for any scenario.

Robust, Durable, and Ergonomic Design

Engineered for durability, the EX2980 is built to survive the rigours of industrial use. It is impact-resistant to drops from a height of 2 metres, ensuring it can handle accidental bumps and falls without failure. The high-power LED bulb provides a bright, consistent light source while remaining highly efficient. Despite its robust construction, the headlamp is remarkably lightweight at just 116 grams (without batteries), ensuring comfort during long shifts and minimising fatigue. This focus on ergonomic design allows for secure, hands-free operation, enhancing both safety and productivity.

Suitable for use in potentially hazardous environments, where atmospheres may contain flammable or explosive substances, as well as oil rigs, applications in the maritime industry, firefighting operations etc.
