Lofrans X1 Chromed Bronze Windlass

LOFRANS X1 Chromed Bronze Windlass | Premium Anchoring Solution

Elevate your vessel´s anchoring and mooring capabilities with the LOFRANS X1 Chromed Bronze Windlass, a pinnacle of engineering and design in the world of marine equipment. Designed for sailors and motorboat owners who demand uncompromising performance, reliability, and style, the X1 is the ultimate upgrade for your anchoring system. Part of the esteemed ´Windlasses´ category, this unit combines robust construction with sophisticated features to provide effortless and secure anchoring in any condition.

The LOFRANS X1 immediately stands out with its stunning luxury chrome bronze base and drum, offering not only exceptional resistance to the harsh marine environment but also adding a touch of elegance to your foredeck. This windlass is engineered for versatility, allowing you to handle both rope and chain with its precision-machined combination gypsy. The innovative rope chain management system, guided by a spring-loaded arm, ensures smooth transitions and prevents the chain from bunching, providing a seamless and jam-free operation every time you anchor or weigh.

Experience total control with the ability to operate the gypsy and drum independently, a critical feature for complex mooring situations or for managing a secondary rode. For added safety and convenience, a manual chain release system is integrated, giving you a reliable manual override in case of power failure. The X1 is also future-proof and ready for advanced navigation, with a chain counter magnet pre-installed as standard, allowing for easy integration with your helm´s chain counter display for precision anchoring.

Built to withstand the elements, the motor is protected by a robust IP67-rated cover, guaranteeing complete protection against dust ingress and water immersion. The gearbox, constructed from anodised marine-grade aluminium, delivers powerful performance while maintaining a low weight profile, ensuring long-lasting durability without compromising your boat´s balance.
