MIKADO B-8902 Telescopic Landing Net - Your Reliable Partner for a Secure Catch

Secure your prized catch every time with the MIKADO B-8902 Landing Net, an essential piece of fishing equipment designed for the modern, versatile angler. This classic, foldable landing net combines robust construction with intelligent design, ensuring you are always prepared for that crucial moment when the fish is by the bank or boat. Say goodbye to the frustration of last-second losses and confidently land your fish with ease and care.

The B-8902 is engineered for ultimate convenience and portability. Its smart, foldable mechanism and telescopic handle allow it to pack down to an incredibly compact transport length of just 64 cm. This makes it the perfect companion for the roving angler, fitting effortlessly into a car boot, a boat locker, or carried alongside your rods without being cumbersome. Its lightweight yet strong build means you can take it on any adventure, from a quick session at a local lake to a full day exploring remote riverbanks.

At the heart of the net is a strong, durable plastic head supporting a triangular rim. The triangular shape is a strategic advantage, making it easier to corner and guide your catch into the net, especially in flowing water or when dealing with a lively fish. The generous 50x50 cm opening is perfectly sized to handle a wide range of species, from chunky tench and bream to medium-sized predators like pike, zander, and large perch.

One of the most critical features is its exceptionally soft, fish-friendly mesh. MIKADO understands the importance of conservation and catch-and-release practices. The fine, soft mesh is designed to minimize stress and protect the fish´s delicate scales and slime coat, ensuring it can be returned to the water in the best possible condition. Furthermore, the 7 mm mesh diameter helps to reduce water drag for swifter netting and is less prone to frustrating hook tangles, letting you get back to fishing faster.

The standout feature is the robust, two-section telescopic handle. With a simple twist-lock mechanism, it extends to a full length of 150 cm, providing the crucial reach needed to land fish from high banks, over marginal reeds, or from the side of a boat. This adjustability allows you to effortlessly and safely reach for your fish without overextending or compromising your position, giving you complete control during the most critical phase of the fight.

As a core component of any angler´s setup, high-quality Landing nets are non-negotiable. The MIKADO B-8902 is more than just a tool; it´s a reliable partner that blends classic design with modern features. It offers the strength you need for a secure landing, the portability you want for hassle-free transport, and the fish-care features that every responsible angler values. Elevate your angling experience and ensure your trophy catch makes it from the water to your hands with the MIKADO B-8902 Landing Net.
