Mikado Baiting Cage XL feeder

MIKADO Baiting Cage XL Feeder

Elevate your feeder fishing and take complete control of your swim with the MIKADO Baiting Cage XL Feeder. Expertly designed for the discerning angler who demands precision, capacity, and reliability, this feeder is an essential tool for establishing a rich and inviting feeding zone. Whether you are targeting wary carp, specimen bream, or building a swim for a competitive match, the Baiting Cage XL delivers your bait exactly where you need it, cast after cast.

The standout benefit of the XL design is its immense capacity. This allows you to introduce a substantial amount of groundbait, pellets, corn, and other particles with fewer casts. By minimizing the number of times you cast to your spot, you reduce disturbance in the water, keeping fish confidently feeding for longer periods. This efficiency is crucial for quickly building a baited area at the start of a session or for topping up a swim with a generous helping of feed to hold large shoals of fish. Its aerodynamic shape ensures stable, accurate flight, even at range, allowing you to consistently hit your mark and create a tight, concentrated patch of bait that pulls fish in and keeps them there.

These are high-quality lead-free bait feeders, reflecting a modern, environmentally conscious approach to angling without compromising on performance. The cage is constructed for optimal bait release, allowing water to flow through and quickly break down your groundbait mix upon settling on the bottom. This creates an immediate and attractive cloud of scent and food particles, triggering an instant feeding response. The robust build quality ensures that the feeder can withstand the rigors of repeated, powerful casting and retrieval, making it a durable and dependable part of your fishing equipment arsenal.

To cater to all angling situations, the MIKADO Baiting Cage XL is available in specific designs for different environments. The classic round ones are ideal for still waters like lakes and commercial fisheries, where they sink directly and release bait evenly. For anglers tackling moving water, the square ones and those with claws are a great choice for river fishing. The flat sides of the square models provide stability on the riverbed, resisting the current´s pull, while the clawed versions offer superior grip, anchoring your bait firmly in place even in strong flows. This versatility ensures you have the perfect tool to present your bait effectively, no matter the venue.
