Mikado Fast snap swivel

MIKADO Fast Snap Swivel | Size 8 Quick Change Clip

Product Description

Elevate your carp and grass carp angling with the MIKADO Fast Snap Swivel, an essential piece of terminal tackle designed for efficiency, reliability, and ultimate stealth on the bank. This expertly engineered component is a must-have for any serious angler looking to optimise their leader and rig assembly. Popular in the demanding world of carp fishing, this swivel with its integrated fast-snap connector streamlines your entire process, ensuring you can adapt to changing conditions with speed and confidence.

The primary benefit of the MIKADO Fast Snap Swivel lies in its quick-change capability. The secure fast-snap clip allows you to switch out hooked rigs in mere seconds without having to cut and retie your entire setup. This invaluable feature means more time with your bait in the water and less time spent on bankside administration, maximising your chances of a take, especially during active feeding spells.

Engineered to the industry-standard size 8, these swivels are specifically designed to provide a perfect, snug fit into the vast majority of safe clips available on the market. This seamless compatibility is crucial for creating effective and reliable carp safety rig systems, ensuring the lead can discharge correctly if a fish becomes snagged, which is paramount for fish welfare.

Furthermore, the entire swivel is coated in a durable, non-reflective black matt finish. This critical feature eliminates any underwater glint or glare that could be caused by sunlight penetrating the water, ensuring your end tackle remains perfectly camouflaged and inconspicuous. Wary carp and grass carp are less likely to be spooked by your rig, allowing for a more natural and confident bait presentation. The robust construction provides exceptional strength, giving you the power and reliability needed to handle powerful runs from large, hard-fighting fish.

This swivel is an invaluable piece of equipment for both leader construction and direct rig assembly, making it a versatile and indispensable part of your tackle box.
