Mikado Focus Tassel spoon 3g

MIKADO Focus Tassel Spoon 3g - The Ultimate Insect Imitator

Unlock the secret to catching wary and selective predators with the MIKADO Focus Tassel Spoon 3g. This masterfully designed lure from the Spoons subcategory is engineered not just to attract, but to deceive. It elevates the classic spoon design by incorporating a critical, game-changing feature that mimics the natural food sources of your target species with unparalleled realism. Perfect for anglers who appreciate finesse and precision, this lure is a must-have in any light tackle arsenal within the 1-10 gr range.

The standout feature of this lure is the innovative Focus spoon fitted with an additional tassel around the treble hook. This isn´t just a cosmetic addition; it´s a powerful trigger. As the spoon flutters and wobbles through the water, the tassel pulsates with a life-like motion, creating subtle vibrations and a visual profile that fish find irresistible. During a pause in your retrieve, the tassel continues to move, simulating the legs and antennae of a struggling insect, often provoking an aggressive strike when other lures fail.

What truly sets this lure apart is its brilliant colour scheme. Due to the expert mix of green, yellow, and red colours, the spoon perfectly imitates an insect. This combination is a proven fish-catcher, mimicking terrestrial insects like beetles, caterpillars, or grasshoppers that have fallen into the water—a favourite meal for species like trout, chub, and perch. The flash of the metallic spoon body catches the light to draw attention from a distance, while the vibrant tassel provides the close-range trigger that seals the deal.

The 3g weight is perfectly optimized for ultra-light and light spinning applications. It allows for impressively long and accurate casts, enabling you to reach tight spots under overhanging branches or across currents where fish love to hold. Its design ensures a captivating action even at slow retrieve speeds, making it incredibly versatile. On a steady retrieve, it produces a seductive wobble, while on the drop, it flutters erratically, mimicking a wounded or dying creature. This dual-action performance makes it effective in rivers, streams, and stillwaters alike.

Equipped with a razor-sharp and robust treble hook, the MIKADO Focus Tassel Spoon ensures a solid hookset the moment a fish strikes. The hook is perfectly proportioned to the lure´s body, maximizing your hook-up ratio without compromising the lure´s delicate action. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a weekend enthusiast, this lure will give you the confidence to target the most challenging fish with a presentation they simply cannot refuse. Add this exceptional insect imitation to your collection and experience the difference a thoughtfully designed lure can make.
