MIKADO OMC Tear Drop Tungsten Cheburashka Weights

Elevate your finesse fishing game and experience unparalleled sensitivity with the MIKADO OMC Tear Drop Tungsten Cheburashka Weights. Designed for the discerning angler who demands precision and performance, these weights are the ultimate upgrade for your terminal tackle, transforming the way you present soft lures and detect subtle bites. Move beyond the limitations of standard weights and discover the tungsten advantage that puts you in direct contact with the underwater world.

The core of this system features top quality tungsten cheburashki dedicated to articulated reinforcement of soft lures. The greater tungsten weight allows us to reach greater distances during casting, and during fishing it allows for a better feeling of the set while maintaining a smaller diameter of the load than the commonly used lead. This smaller, more compact profile means your lure will appear more natural, cut through the water and current more efficiently, and sink faster to the strike zone. You will feel every contour of the bottom, every piece of structure, and most importantly, every tentative take from a wary fish, telegraphing vibrations directly up your line.

The genius of the Cheburashka style lies in its articulated design. By using a separate clip that connects your hook to the weight, your soft plastic lure is given complete and unrestricted freedom of movement. This creates a much more lifelike and enticing action on the drop and during retrieval, triggering aggressive strikes from predator species like perch, zander, bass, and trout. The classic ‘Tear’ drop shape further enhances performance by providing a stable, aerodynamic flight path for maximum casting accuracy and a hydrodynamic profile that helps it navigate through weeds and structure with fewer snags.

Each MIKADO OMC Tear Drop weight is crafted to perfection, featuring a smooth, durable finish and a high-quality wire clip that is easy to use yet incredibly secure. Change your hooks or lures in seconds without ever needing to retie your entire rig. Whether you are vertically jigging, casting and dragging, or employing a subtle stop-and-go retrieve, these tungsten weights will give you the confidence and feedback needed to succeed in challenging conditions.
