Minn Kota Sensor with magnet

Minn Kota Heading Sensor with Magnet | Precision Boat Control

Unlock the full potential of your Minn Kota trolling motor with the revolutionary Minn Kota Heading Sensor. This essential accessory is engineered for anglers who demand the utmost precision and control on the water. As a vital component for your boat´s navigation system, this sensor provides your i-Pilot or i-Pilot Link system with a crucial piece of data: your boat´s exact heading. This information dramatically enhances the performance of GPS-based features, transforming your fishing experience from good to exceptional.

The primary benefit of integrating this heading sensor is the activation of the game-changing Jog feature. This allows you to move your Spot-Lock location in precise 5-foot increments in any direction—forward, backward, left, or right—directly from your i-Pilot remote or connected Humminbird fish finder. Without this sensor, the Jog feature is limited to only forward and backward movements. Imagine being locked onto a piece of structure and needing to adjust your position just slightly to target a new spot; the Heading Sensor makes this possible with a simple push of a button, keeping you on the fish without ever losing your anchor point.

Beyond the Jog feature, the sensor significantly improves the accuracy and performance of Spot-Lock itself. By constantly communicating your boat´s heading, it allows the trolling motor to make smarter, more subtle adjustments, drastically reducing boat swing and "wandering" on the anchor point, even in challenging wind and current. This results in superior boat positioning, more accurate casts, and a quieter, more efficient hold.

Key Benefits:

* Unlock the Jog Feature: Gain the ability to move your Spot-Lock position in 5-foot increments in any direction for unparalleled boat control and repositioning.
