Unleash the ultimate deep-water weapon and entice the most aggressive predators with the MUSTAD Daggerman Jig 200g. Meticulously engineered for the demanding world of vertical jigging, this lure is your first choice when targeting powerful, fast-moving game fish. Whether you´re chasing monster amberjacks, hard-fighting yellowtails, or the legendary Dogtooth tunas, the Daggerman is designed to provoke an instinctive, explosive response.

Engineered for Aggressive Action

The Daggerman jig is a 60:40 front-weighted vertical jig, a specific balance that gives it a uniquely provocative action in the water. This forward-thinking design is specially crafted for hunters that rely on speed and opportunity. The Daggerman is best presented in short, rapid pumps of the rod with short pauses in between. This technique maximizes its inherent design, creating a presentation that predators simply cannot ignore.

Irresistible Baitfish Imitation

Thanks to its sleek, aerodynamically shaped body, the Daggerman rips through the water column with incredible speed and efficiency, allowing you to reach the strike zone faster and cover more ground. This rapid descent draws the attention of any nearby predator, signaling a potential meal. During the short pause in your retrieve, the lure’s front-weighted nature takes over, causing it to immediately dip head down. This movement perfectly resembles the natural, panicked motion of a struggling baitfish trying to escape, triggering a primal feeding instinct. Be prepared, as most hits are usually encountered right after the pause, at the very moment the jig mimics a vulnerable target.

The Daggerman’s profile is optimized for a swift fall and an enticing flutter, making it an essential tool for anglers who understand the importance of action and presentation. Its design ensures that with every movement of your rod, the jig is working to attract, engage, and trigger a strike. Elevate your vertical jigging game and experience the thrill of connecting with the ocean´s most formidable predators.
