Oem Marine Folding anchor

OEM MARINE Umbrella Folding Anchor - 8 kg | Compact & Reliable Anchoring Solution

Secure your vessel with confidence using the OEM MARINE Umbrella Folding Anchor, the ultimate space-saving and dependable anchoring solution for small to medium-sized boats. Always popular with all boatowners, this traditional style of folding anchor is heavily galvanised, easy to fold and unfold, and suitable for tenders, dinghies, RIB´s etc. Its time-tested design provides reliable holding power, making it an essential piece of safety and mooring equipment for any discerning mariner. Whether you´re stopping for a swim, fishing in a quiet cove, or need a reliable secondary anchor, this 8 kg model offers the perfect balance of weight and convenience.

Key Benefits:

* Exceptional Space-Saving Design: The primary advantage of this umbrella anchor is its ability to fold into a highly compact form. The four flukes collapse neatly against the shank, allowing for effortless stowage in tight spaces like deck lockers or anchor wells, freeing up valuable room on your boat.
* Superior Durability and Corrosion Resistance: Built to withstand the harsh marine environment, this anchor features a heavy galvanised coating. This robust protection shields it from the corrosive effects of saltwater, rust, and abrasion, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability season after season.
* Effortless and Rapid Operation: Designed for convenience, the anchor is incredibly easy to use. A simple sliding collar mechanism allows you to lock the flukes in the open position for deployment and release them to fold for retrieval. This quick action saves you time and effort on the water.
* Versatile and Reliable Holding: The grapnel-style design excels in various seabeds, particularly in rock, coral, or heavy weed, where its flukes can effectively hook and secure your position. It is an ideal primary anchor for smaller craft or an excellent secondary/stern anchor for larger vessels.

Main Features:

* Classic and proven four-fluke umbrella/grapnel design.
* Intuitive sliding collar for secure locking and easy folding.
* Robust construction designed for marine applications.
