This crucial feature is vital for ensuring airway clearance and increasing the chances of survival in emergency situations. The integrated Hammar hydrostatic inflator automatically activates the life jacket upon immersion in water, providing rapid inflation when needed most. This automatic inflation system eliminates the need for manual activation, ensuring swift buoyancy even if the wearer is incapacitated. For added safety, the life jacket also features a manual inflation handle for immediate inflation if the automatic system is not triggered. A clear inflation indicator window allows for quick and easy verification of the life jacket´s operational status, ensuring you´re always prepared.

Beyond its automatic inflation capabilities, the PLASTIMO SLR 196N is designed for comfort and durability. The lightweight and ergonomic design allows for a full range of motion, preventing restriction during activities. The durable outer cover protects the internal components from wear and tear, ensuring long-lasting performance. The adjustable straps and buckles provide a secure and customized fit for various body sizes, ensuring the life jacket stays in place during movement. The bright yellow color enhances visibility in the water, aiding in quick location during rescue operations.

This life jacket is equipped with a lifting becket, providing a secure point for easy retrieval from the water. The oral inflation tube allows for supplementary inflation if needed, adding an extra layer of safety. The retro-reflective patches further enhance visibility in low-light conditions, increasing safety during nighttime or early morning activities. The PLASTIMO SLR 196N is also designed for easy re-arming. After inflation, the life jacket can be quickly and easily repacked and rearmed with a new CO2 cylinder and firing head, ensuring it´s always ready for your next adventure.
