Preston Innovations PTFE Bushes - Essential Rod Accessories for Pole Fishing

Elevate your pole fishing experience and gain a competitive edge with the Preston Innovations PTFE Bushes. As a crucial component in the Rod Accessories category, these high-performance bushings are meticulously designed for the serious angler who demands reliability, smoothness, and precision from their tackle. If you´ve ever been frustrated by sticking elastic, premature wear, or frustrating tangles at the tip, these bushes are the definitive upgrade for your pole sections.

Engineered to perfection, these essential bushings address the most common issues associated with pole elastic performance. The core principle behind their design is to provide an ultra-smooth, low-friction surface that allows your elastic to function exactly as intended. This translates to better bite detection, smoother fish-playing action, and the confidence that your gear won´t let you down when it matters most.

Unparalleled Performance and Key Benefits

Flawless Elastic Flow: The primary advantage lies in the material and shape. Your elastic will stretch and retract with an effortless, fluid motion, preventing it from ´locking up´ or juddering. This ensures you maintain constant, correct pressure on the fish, reducing the risk of hook pulls and giving you superior control.

Eliminate Tangles: A key frustration for any pole angler is line or elastic wrapping around the pole tip. The innovative design of these Preston Innovations bushings directly combats this issue, ensuring your rig remains straight and tangle-free, allowing you to fish more efficiently and with less downtime.

Extended Elastic Life: The incredibly smooth surface of the PTFE material significantly reduces friction and abrasion on your pole elastic. This means less wear and tear, drastically increasing the lifespan of your expensive Slip or Hollo elastics and saving you money in the long run.

Versatile Compatibility: Whether you are fishing for small silverfish with ultra-light elastics or targeting powerful carp with the heaviest-duty Hollo, there is a perfectly sized bush in the range to match your setup. This versatility makes them a staple for any and all pole fishing disciplines.

Features and Precision Engineering

Constructed from high quality PTFE, the slim elongated profile helps to eliminate line tangling around the base.

The bushes are shaped to allow elastics to flow freely while there is a size in the range to suit all elastics from the lightest in the Slip range through to the heaviest Hollo´s.

Available in nine size ranging from 1.4mm through to 3.8mm.

Easy to fit and reliable in all conditions, they are a small component that makes a huge impact on your overall fishing success.
