Prowess Initia unhooking mat

PROWESS Initia Unhooking Mat: Superior Fish Care and Bankside Efficiency

Elevate your angling experience and prioritise the well-being of your catch with the PROWESS Initia unhooking mat. As a cornerstone of modern carp care within your fishing equipment, this mat is meticulously designed for the responsible angler who demands both exceptional fish safety and practical, on-the-bank functionality. It is an indispensable item that perfectly complements your bivvy and overall bankside setup, ensuring that every magnificent specimen you land is treated with the utmost respect from the net to the water.

The Initia is far more than just a cushioned surface; it is a complete fish care system. Built to provide a secure and calming environment, it significantly reduces stress on the fish during the critical unhooking and photography stages. Its thoughtful design demonstrates a deep understanding of both carp behaviour and angler needs, making it a standout choice among the various unhooking mats available today.

Key Benefits for the Dedicated Angler:

* Unparalleled Fish Protection: The primary goal is to return every catch in pristine condition. The Initia unhooking mat features a generously padded base and high, structured walls, creating a safe cradle that prevents the fish from sliding or thrashing on rough terrain. This ´cradle´ design securely contains even the most powerful carp, giving you complete peace of mind.
* Enhanced Angler Convenience: Bank time is precious. The Initia is engineered for rapid deployment and compact storage. It folds down neatly, making it easy to transport on a barrow or in your vehicle. Furthermore, it includes an integrated, padded knee pad, providing essential comfort while you tend to your catch, so you can focus entirely on the task at hand without discomfort.
* Stress-Reducing Environment: A unique, full-coverage top flap serves a dual purpose. It not only helps to retain water, keeping the fish wet and protected, but also creates a darker, more secure environment. This simple feature has a profound calming effect on the carp, minimising movement and allowing for a safer, quicker unhooking and weighing process.
* Durability for the Elements: Designed for the rigours of angling, the Initia is built from robust, hard-wearing materials with a fish-friendly, waterproof inner lining that is easy to wipe clean after use. This ensures longevity and hygiene, session after session.

Main Features:

* A high-density, thick foam base for maximum cushioning against hard and uneven ground.
