Sturdy and super-sharp lower blade easily cuts through bone structure and tough skin. Progressive “double-taper” blade offers strength and directional stability while the strong flexible tip is unmatched for delicate fillet work.

Enlarged finger guard provides added safety. Comes complete with coordinated black sheath with belt loop. Set also includes single-stage sharpener that quickly restores the original razor-sharp edge time after time.
