Raymarine AIS700 AIS

Raymarine AIS700 Class B AIS Transceiver: Ultimate Safety & Situational Awareness

Elevate your safety and situational awareness on the water with the Raymarine AIS700, a state-of-the-art Class B AIS transceiver designed for seamless integration with your marine electronics. This essential communication device ensures you can see and be seen by other AIS-equipped vessels, dramatically reducing the risk of collision and allowing you to navigate congested waterways and poor visibility conditions with unparalleled confidence.

The AIS700 from Raymarine is a Class B Automatic Identification System (AIS) transceiver designed for use with Raymarine multifunction navigation display systems.

As a Class B AIS transceiver, the AIS700 not only receives broadcasts from other vessels, it also transmits your own boat’s information too helping you to be seen on other vessels’ systems. This two-way communication is the cornerstone of modern marine safety, providing you with a dynamic, real-time view of marine traffic around you, including vessel names, course, speed, and proximity.

Key Benefits of the Raymarine AIS700

Experience superior on-the-water performance thanks to the latest SO-TDMA (Self-Organized Time-Division Multiple Access) networking technology. This advanced protocol ensures the AIS700 delivers longer transmission range and faster, more reliable position updates compared to older systems, even in high-traffic areas. You get a clearer, more accurate picture of your surroundings when you need it most.

Installation is made incredibly simple and cost-effective with the built-in antenna splitter. This intelligent feature allows the AIS700 to share your boat´s existing VHF radio antenna, eliminating the need to install a second antenna. This saves valuable space, reduces clutter, and streamlines the setup process.

Designed for maximum compatibility, the AIS700 integrates flawlessly into any onboard network. With NMEA2000, NMEA0183, PC (via USB), and SeaTalkng connectivity, it works perfectly with Raymarine´s full range of multifunction displays as well as other compatible marine electronics, providing a truly unified navigation and safety system. For moments when privacy is required, such as during a fishing tournament or for security reasons, a user-selectable Silent Mode can be activated via either software or a hardware switch, temporarily halting the transmission of your own vessel´s position.
