Trust in a compass that keeps pace with your ambition and delivers critical heading information when every second and every degree matters.

Experience unparalleled readability in any condition. The SS-1000 features a striking high-visibility blue dial, a signature of the Supersport series, which is complemented by extra-large white numerals. This thoughtful design ensures that you can acquire your heading at a quick glance, minimizing eye strain and maximizing your focus on the water ahead. To further enhance visibility, the compass is equipped with movable sun shields, allowing you to easily block out glare from the sun for a clear, unobstructed view of the dial from any angle.

Engineered for the most dynamic and demanding marine environments, the SS-1000 boasts a sophisticated internal gimbal system. This advanced mechanism provides maximum stability, ensuring the dial remains steady and readable even during adverse pitch and roll conditions. At its heart lies a scientifically matched sapphire jewel and hardened steel pivot dial movement, a combination that delivers virtually frictionless operation and exceptional longevity. This precision engineering is what allows the compass to react smoothly and accurately in rough seas. For rapid and decisive heading acquisition, the compass utilizes powerful DirectiveForce magnets, which ensure a fast heading lock-on, eliminating the lag and overswing common in lesser instruments.
