RIVIERA BW2 5° White Star Binnacle Compass

Navigate with absolute precision and unwavering confidence with the RIVIERA BW2 5° Compass, a pinnacle of marine navigation equipment from the esteemed White Star series. Designed for discerning mariners who demand reliability, accuracy, and clarity, this compass is an essential tool for ensuring safety and maintaining a true course on any vessel, especially those operating at high speeds. Engineered in Italy, the RIVIERA brand is synonymous with quality and performance, making the BW2 an indispensable part of your helm.

This compass is expertly crafted to provide stable and accurate readings even in the most challenging sea conditions. Its robust construction and superior internal mechanics guarantee performance when you need it most, transforming navigational uncertainty into confident command of your vessel.

Key Benefits:

* Unmatched Stability at High Speeds: Specifically engineered for high-performance boats, the White Star BW2 series excels where other compasses fail. Its design ensures the card remains steady and readable, providing accurate headings even when the boat is planing or navigating through choppy waters.
* Superior Readability Day and Night: The large 130 mm (5") apparent diameter combined with a high-contrast black card and crisp white graduation allows for clear, at-a-glance readings. This reduces eye strain and minimizes the risk of misinterpretation, both under the bright sun and during critical night-time passages, thanks to the integrated 24V lighting.
* Exceptional Accuracy in All Conditions: Featuring a sophisticated internal cardan suspension system, the compass card remains perfectly horizontal and stable, regardless of the vessel´s pitching and rolling. This ensures that the heading you see is the heading you get, every time.
* Simplified Course Correction: The built-in compensation system is a crucial feature that allows you to easily and effectively counteract the magnetic deviation caused by your boat´s engine, electronics, and other metallic structures. This ensures your compass points to magnetic north with minimal interference, providing a more accurate navigational reference.
